THIS PAGE CONTAINS STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER.
Find what you want to buy - If you already know what you want to buy, the easiest way to find it is to type its reference number in the website search box. Please note that if an item order previously does not appear when you enter its reference it is most probably temporarily out of stock.
Alternatively, type a name or part of a name (for example, Iron Cross or Iron) in a search box. You will see a number of matches from which you can select the item that you want.
You can also click on a category heading and sub heading and scroll through the items listed contents to find what you want
To get more information about a product, click its title to see its product information page. This will also show the special discounted prices for multiple purchases!
Add it to your Shopping Basket . The Shopping Basket is where you store items you intend to buy. You can always delete items from the Shopping Basket or save them for later if you change your mind.
When you find what you want (or what you might want) click the ADD TO SHOPPING BASKET button on the item's product information page. When you've added everything you want to the Shopping Basket, click VIEW BASKET in the top right-hand corner of the page.
Where you have purchased multiple quantities of single items the special discounted price will automatically be displayed in your Shopping Basket. Any additonal discount for larger orders will be shown seperately at the bottom of your basket.
To start filling in the order form, click the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button.
Enter the address to which you would like to order to be sent. If your county does not appear in the drop down menu it means that eiher we do not ship to your country or special conditions apply. Please contact us in this instance.
The delivery cost is added to the total at the checkout. Please see the DELIVERY COSTS section for full details of these costs.
PAYING FOR YOUR ORDER
We accept orders placed using the online order form via SAGEPAY using a Credit or Debit card. We accept Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Eurocard, Maestro, and Solo.
After you click the pay pal button on the SAGEP PAY payment page you will be given the choice of paying with a credit or debit card. Please enter your card number without spaces or dashes. Take care to enter the correct card expiry date.
Review and submit your order Check the information (ITS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU DOUBLE CHECK ALL YOUR CARD DETAILS) you've provided and make adjustments by clicking the EDIT button next to the relevant information.
When you're ready, click the PLACE YOUR ORDER button to submit your order. Please make sure that you have included all the items that you require before you click the place your order button as you will not be able to add items subsequently without placing an entirely new order and this will incur another delivery charge. Our payment system does not allow us to combine orders once placed.
We'll then send you a confirmation e-mail message. We'll also send you an e-mail message when we dispatch the order to you.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
You'll know the order has been placed when you reach a page that displays the following message:
'Thank you--Your payment has been processed successfully.'
Later you'll receive an order confirmation e-mail.
IF YOU DONT HAVE A CREDIT CARD AND YOUR ORDER IS OVER £150.00 YOU CAN PAY BY BANK TRANSFER . PLEASE REFER TO THE 'NO CREDIT CARD' BOTTOM MENU.
