Volkssturm armband. Woven black, red and white pattern. The Volkssturm was effectively formed in 1944 as a last resort to boost the fighting strength of the German armed forces. This armband was on the upper or lower left sleeve by Volkssturm recruits. Fully silk woven in red, white and black. With BEVO makers mark woven into the armband.
