Heeresbergfuhrer enamel breast badge. This highly coveted badge was worn on the left breast by experienced Army mountain troops who qualified as mountain guides. Measuring 55mm x 45mm, this attractive two piece metal badge is finished silvered gilt with green and white enamel. Lettering is oxidised brass. Marked on the reverse with the makers name Deschler & Sohn Munchen and complete with brooch pin fitting.
