These shields are die struck from heavy gauge brass and fitted with nut and bolt fittings suitable for affixing to the famous Trophelm or cork helmet issued to the Afrika Korps. For the Army both the eagle and national tricolour shields are in a silvered finish with red and black paint. The makers logo is marked on the reverse. Per pair.
